Top responsibilities

1. Guide and coach the linQ Platform and linQ Enterprise Knowledge Graph squads in agile practices, ensuring adherence to S@S principles.
2. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies
3. Detect, chase down and mediate in the resolution of impediments.
4. Celebrate and share successes together with stakeholders.

You and your talent

• You are a nice, friendly and approachable person.
• You have at least 2-3 years of experience as a dedicated (? 75%) scrum master.
• You have experience working with offshore/hybrid teams
• You absolutely love the agile approach to solving complex problems and can explain why.
• You have a proven track record of successfully implementing the scrum way of working.
• You can adopt to all roles that are required from the scrum master in a team’s lifecycle.
• You have the seniority and social skills to deal with the resistance that is part of change.
• You can communicate well in English
